Hardyston. Hardyston Township Council appointed longtime resident and volunteer firefighter Anthony Ceglia to fill the seat left vacant by the death of Councilman Frank Cicerale, with Ceglia set to run for a full term alongside Republican Councilman Brian Kaminski in November.
