In a subhead on an article published last week about the summer goals of local teens incorrectly listed the title of the crown sought by Miss Vernon winner Colleen Carney. She will compete at the Sussex County Fair next month and hopes to win the Queen of the Fair title.

On the editorial page last week, a photo of the dog Bogey and his owner Sharon Bliss contained an incorrect caption. Bogey goes to work with his owner at Barn Hill Rehabilitation in Newton.

A story last week about the Franklin Scouts' soap box derby contained photos from both Scott Baker, who wrote the story, as well as one by John Church. Credit was only given to Baker.
