Bowden is promoted

FRANKLIN — Adrienne Bowden has been promoted to the position of assistant vice president/branch operations officer at Sussex Bank.
Bowden, who was promoted from assistant secretary, is responsible for coordinating branch office activities, overseeing branch operations and communicating schedules.
She joined Sussex Bank in 1999 as a teller in their Franklin office and progressively worked her way to her current position. She has extensive banking experience including management, operations, compliance and electronic banking.
She has participated with the March of Dimes, March for Babies, United Way and was involved with the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce.
Bowden, who resides in Franklin, has twin sons who will enter their senior year at Harvard University this fall.
