Senior safety and awareness addressed

Detective Chris Grogan and Marty Lewis from the Sussex County Prosecutors Office spoke on the issue of senior safety and awareness of current criminal activity especially Internet and telephone scams at the April Sussex County Retired Educators meeting.

Dianna Morrison from Center for Counseling and Prevention spoke about Pathways to Prosperity one of their opportunities for volunteers. Similar programs are being planned for the future.

The Sussex County Retired Educator will have their next luncheon on Monday, June 3 at the Lafayette House at noon. Reservations can be made with Second Vice President Lucille Stanziale with the form from the May newsletter.
