Franklin Historical Society is offering a $500 scholarship

FRANKLIN — The Franklin Historical Society is accepting applicants for its Franklin High School Memorial Achievement Award for 2013. The $500 scholarship is open to students from Wallkill Valley High School, Pope John XXIII High School and Sussex County Vo-Tech School.

Applications and guidelines may be obtained at the school guidance offices.

The applications must be completed and returned by Friday, May 30. Applications should be sent directly to: The Franklin Historical Society Achievement Award Scholarship Committee, P. O. Box 332, Franklin.
