Tusk to perform the sounds of Fleetwood Mac

| 09 Apr 2014 | 11:25

The classic hits of Fleetwood Mac will be performed at the Newton Theatre by the tribute band, Tusk on Saturday, May 17.

Tusk replicates the hits and music of Fleetwood Mac. Tusk, the Ultimate Fleetwood Mac Tribute pays homage to a group that dominated the charts in the 70s and 80s. Comprised of five authentic sounding musicians performing songs like "Rhiannon," "Go Your Own Way," "Don’t Stop," "Dreams" and "Say You Love Me."

Tusk covers all the hits of Fleetwood Mac. The five seasoned, well-respected musicians comprising Tusk have been making music together in various combinations and styles, in original and tribute bands, for more than 25 years. It seemed only fitting that they should come together to form the Ultimate Fleetwood Mac Tribute, to honor a group that dominated the charts with such incredible sound and talent.

Tusk is fronted by solo artists Kathy Phillips (vocals) and Scott McDonald (guitar, vocals), and supported by veteran musicians Kim Williams (keys, vocals), Randy Artiglere (bass) and Tom Nelson (drums).

Tickets for Tusk are $34 for premium seating, $29 for orchestra and $24 for balcony. Purchase tickets by visiting www.thenewtontheatre.com or contact the box office at 973-383-3700.
