Boy Scout troop takes camping trip to Poconos

Boy Scout Franklin Troop 90 went on a camping trip to Ressica Falls in the Pocono Mountains in East Stroudsburg recently.

The boys cooked pancakes for breakfast, fajitas for lunch and homemade chilli for dinner. The scouts are honing their cooking skills.

In between looking for firewood for the camp fire for later that evening, the boys went to the camp range and target shot rifles with the camp ranger.

After dinner, the boys went outdoors to sit around the campfire, having a interactive conversation, and doing our troop outing conclusion of “Rose/Bud/Thorn”, where they boys describe what they liked about the campout, did not like about the campout, and what they were looking forward to.
