Tequila Rose will take over the stage to deliver an evening concert at Jefferson Township Day event on Saturday, July 12 on the fields of the Jefferson Township High School, 1010 Weldon Road, Milton/Oak Ridge.

They will perform country music, sprinkled with rock 'n roll in a two-hour concert, starting at 7 p.m. before the fireworks display at 9:15 p.m.

Known for their three-part harmonies, they have kept crowds singing and dancing at many of the area’s top clubs including The Whiskey Café, Big John’s Pub, The Landslide Saloon, and many others. Rick Newport and John Brite are on lead vocals and guitar, Gary Holly on bass and vocals, and Mike Smith on drums. The band also enjoys playing for crowds of all ages at many of the area’s summer fairs and festivals and have performed in the past in the Jefferson Arts Committee’s summer gazebo concert series.
