Stephen Frank Bognar

Stephen Frank Bognar, 48 years old, died after a short illness at his residence on Monday, July 14, 2014. Born to Istvan and Ruth Bognar in Newton, N.J., he had lived in Franklin, N.J., before moving to Ogdensburg, N.J., 16 years ago.

Mr. Bognar served with the United States Navy and was a dedicated member of the Franklin-Ogdensburg Mineral Society as well as being an accomplished gardener.

Mr. Bognar is predeceased by his sister, Olga Bognar. He is survived by his dear brother, George J. Bognar of Franklin, N.J., and his girlfriend, Gemma Stepert, of Ogdensburg, N.J.

Memorial visitation will be at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, 1 Main Street, Franklin, N.J., on Friday, July 25, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Cremation was private. Information and condolences can be found at www.fjohnramseyfuneralhome.com.
