Plans to stay out of Franklin affairs

This reference is made to Mr. Alex Wronka's Letter To The Editor in the July 31 issue.

Okay, Alex. If I ever have knowledge of or witness an otherwise unknown act of criminal activity or municipal malfeasance or even a road accident occuring in the borough of Franklin I'll be sure to keep it to myself.
