Tournament of Bands 10 and the Jefferson Township High School Falcon Band and Band Parents announces that their scheduled Sept. 20 TOB Marching Band Competition will be held at the newly renovated and renowned Skylands Stadium in Augusta.

Although Jefferson Twp High School is nearing completion of a renovated Football Facility featuring Turf and a modified Grandstand area, it will most likely not be ready for the scheduled Jefferson Band Contest.

“Our intention is to go beyond baseball with a strong emphasis on family entertainment and we believe this Tournament will be a good fit," Al Dorso Jr. and Mike Dorso, brothers and Vice Presidents of Skylands Stadium said. "We are honored to host this event and other similar community and family events."

The event sponsors Spartan Wholesale Flooring, Krave Caterers, 103.7 WNNJ and Cailey Jewelers.

The show is scheduled to start at 5 p.m. on Sept. 20 featuring 13 Bands from the TOB Pool and special guests, Group 3 Westmoreland High School from Upper New York State and powerful Group 3 Open Class Roxbury High School from Morris County.

Tickets are $5 for children and seniors, $8 for adults and parking is free. Tickets are available in advance at SkylandsStadium.com or purchase them the day of the event at the Stadium Box Office. There is a rain date of Sept. 21.
