Jefferson Rec sponsoring trip to see Globetrotters

LAKE HOPATCONG — The Jefferson Township Recreation Department will sponsor a trip to the IZOD Center at the Meadowlands for the 2 p.m. performance on Monday, Dec. 29, to see a performance of the Harlem Globetrotters.

The performance will begin at 2 p.m.

Tickets will cost $54 per person for a reserved lower-level seat, round-trip motor coach transportation between Jefferson and East Rutherford and driver tip. The bus will leave at noon from Jefferson Township Middle School and is expected to leave the Meadowlands at 5 p.m.

A responsible adult must accompany all children under the age of 18.

In-person reservations will be immediately confirmed at the Jefferson Township Recreation office at Camp Jefferson, 81 Weldon Road, Lake Hopatcong, during regular business hours (9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday). Reservations made by mail are subject to availability. All checks payable to the Township of Jefferson, and no refunds unless your ticket can be resold.
