Girl Scouts finish Silver Award Project

FRANKLIN — Cheyenne Mazzucco and Patricia Stecher, from Troop 897 in Franklin, are finishing their Silver award.
Silver Award is the highest award a Cadette Girl Scout can earn. Mazzucco and Stecher have been hard at work collecting used or brand-new sport equipment for the past year. Now as summer has come to a close, they have finally reached their goal of 50 hours.
They have donated all the equipment to Project Self Sufficiency for anybody who needs them.
