Crystal H. Galione, 25, of Franklin was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hypodermic needles and use of a controlled dangerous substance.

Police investigated reports of narcotics transactions and activity taking place at a residence on Main Street. Police said they found Galione allegedly distributing heroin.

Police said she was found to be in possession of heroin, hypodermic needles and marijuana.

She was sent to the Sussex County Jail in lieu of $20,500.
