Harry J. Cowan Jr., 50, of Sussex borough was charged on an outstanding Superior Court warrant.
Police said they took him into custody and he was transported to the Sussex County Sheriff's Office for processing.
He was sent to the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,693.
