New restaurant opens in Hamburg

HAMBURG — Sussex County’s newest restaurant, DJ’s 23, on Route 23 in Hamburg is open for business.

The restaurant building on Route 23N, just north of Hamburg, has housed many different restaurants over the years, but Craig Mondesando, DJ’s 23 general manager, believes DJ’s will quickly become the stand-out favorite.

Specializing in burgers, the menu at DJ’s 23 offers something for everyone from appetizers to entrees, followed up with desserts.

“We serve the most mouth-watering meatballs you’ve ever had—made fresh daily” Mondesando said, General Manager at DJ’s 23. “Our recently opened downstairs featuring pool tables, dart boards and bar has been a resounding success."
