Franklin youth finishes third in bowling tournament

SPARTA — Ryan Oleksy of Franklin placed third in the 18th annual Elite Bowling Invitational Tournament at Sparta Lanes on Sunday, Sept. 28.

Oleksy bowled a 618 series and had a high game of 226, which earned him third place in the Junior Scratch Boys Division.

The tournament featured the top boy and girl bowlers from the nine bowling centers in the Morris County USBC Bowling Associations.
