Volunteer recognized for service
| 16 Oct 2014 | 01:34
Photo by Scott Baker Mayor Paul Crowley recognized Wallkill Valley First Aid Squad Captain Terry Gallagher for his 14 years of volunteer service in Franklin. "In this area, many of our first responders are volunteers," Crowley said, "and we rely on them tremendously." Having risen through the ranks over his 14-year volunteer career with the squad, Gallagher is stepping down "to give the younger members a chance to shine."
