FRANKLIN — The inaugural Franklin-fest at the Morley Shirt Factory in Franklin was held on Saturday, Oct. 25.
An array of organizations and individuals worked together transforming the Morley Shirt Factory into a wealth of information for the community, a place to stop in and grab a bite and a healing place all under the name of Franklin Cares and Skylands Medical Group.
