    Christopher J. Carey, 60, of Andover was charged with speeding, failure to maintain lane, failure to wear a seatbelt, reckless driving, refulsal to submit to breath testing and driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle stop.

    Deputies said they pulled over a red Dodge Ram pickup truck failing to maintain its lane and traveling above the posted speed limite on Route 206. Deputies said they detective the odor of alcohol coming from Carey and after several roadside sobriety tests, he was determined to be intoxicated. After arriving at the sheriff's office, he refused to take a breath sample analysis.

    He was released pending a future court date in the Joint Municipal Court of Green, Fredon, Hampton and Andover.

    Oct. 22
    Robert Bottiglierie II, 27, of Franklin was charged on an outstanding warrant at the Sussex County Superior Courthouse.

    Deputies said, believing Bottiglierie to be the subject of an outstanding warrant, they detained him and verified the existence of the arrest warrant. Further investigation revealed Bottiglierie to be the subject of three separate active municipal court warrants. Bottiglierie was subsequently afrested and transported to the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,700 bail.
