Political History: Currently in second term as President Of HPRHS Board of Education, assisted in Reducing the tax levy two years in a row and plan to reduce it again, played a key role in helping with the Send Receive relationship with Montegue Twp, key player in the efforts to bring the “Bring Your Own Device” program, as well as the High Point Summit featuring Google for Education, helped increase employee morale and have created an open and supportive collaboration with the Superintendent and his administration, put students and student needs first and foremost on the priority list, created and worked tirelessly to create and bring to HP Policies that have never been seen before in NJ, and are now being shared throughout the state.

Occupation: Retired police officer and school resource officer

Education: Graduated North Bergen high School, Graduated Bergen County Police Academy, Attended SCCC

Family: Married to Jennifer for 22 years. Have 5 children Paul and John, graduates of HPRHS, Mackenzie, a Junior at HPRHS and Christopher and Jake who attend SW Regional Middle School.

Top three issues: 1. Create fiscally responsible budgets while providing World Class Education to the students in our district in today’s challenging economic situation. 2. Infuse 21st Century Technology and increase the efficiency of such into school districts across the county. 3.Increase the graduation rate at all schools. Set a foundation for continued education in a college, vocational or an on the job setting.
