Franklin celebrates Halloween

FRANKLIN — The Franklin Recreation Dept. recently celebrated Halloween with a parade down Rutherford Ave.
The parade, which ended at the Franklin Firehouse with apple cider and doughnuts, was led by members of the Franklin band.
Franklin also celebrated with a trunk or treat, organized by the Girl Scouts at the Franklin pond. There were costumes, games, a house haunted by ghoulish Boy scouts and trunks of treats.
