    Geovanni Lami of Franklin has been named to the president's list at Berkeley College's online institute.

    Berkeley College students who achieve a grade point average of 4.0 with a minimum of 12 academic credits qualify for the president’s list.

    Katherine McClellan of Ogdensburg and Sharon Salameh of Hamburg were named to the dean's list at Berkely College. They both attend the college's Dover location in Morris County.

    Students who achieve a grade point average of 3.50 or better with a minimum of 12 academic credits qualify for the dean’s list.

    Nicholas Lerescu of Hamburg is a first-year student at Plymouth State University.

    Students at Plymouth State University take an active role in their learning process by participating in lively, interactive classes and build strong relationships with their professors. They get real-world experience through research opportunities, internships, international study programs, and community service, and sharpen their critical thinking and communication skills by participating in hands-on learning experiences.

    Aileen Koch of Franklin served as the director of the musical "Curtains" by Leganon Valley's Wig and buckle Theater Company.

    The "musical comedy whodunit" opened Friday, Oct. 24. Koch is a graduate of Wallkill Valley Regional High School pursuing a bachelor of science and bachelor of arts in music education and music.

    Darianne Mastricola of Oak Ridge recently participated in the annual poverty awareness marathon at Eastern Connecticut State University.

    The marathon shows of support for the 46.2 million people in the United States living in poverty. Mastricola is a business administration major.

    Elizabeth E. Ashby of Oak Ridge received a master of education in curriculum and instruction degree from Western England University.
