Patricia Marilyn Prisco

    Patricia Marilyn Prisco(nee Andersson), 74 years old, died after a prolonged illness at her home on Tuesday, Nov. 18. Born to Axel and Charlotte Andersson in Port Arthur, Texas, she has lived in Hardyston Twp., N.J., for the last 45 years.

    Patricia was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and was cherished by her family and friends for her thoughtful, loving, caring and compassionate nature that came across in all that she did and in who she was. She was an adventurous spirit who loved life and lived it to its fullest, enjoying many exploits with her friends and family, both near and afar.

    Patricia was very proud of her many accomplishments, including graduating Magna Cum Laude at Upsala College and a once active member in the Sussex County Women's Club. She was a strong willed, independent woman who took life by the reigns, fearlessly setting out to accomplish what she set her heart on, including receiving her BA in Business Administration at the age of 40 and being a successful entrepreneur in many ventures throughout her lifetime.

    Patricia will be remembered by her friends and family as someone who was there for them no matter what, providing love and support through her immensely caring heart. She was a gift to this world and she will be dearly missed by all that were blessed to be a part of her full and wonderful life.

    Patricia was predeceased by her husband, Eugene A. Prisco (1999) and is the devoted mother of Richard Prisco and his wife, Linda, Laura Vanbuskirk and her husband, Nicholas, Karen Mattausch and her husband, Richard and Russell Prisco and his wife, Teresa. Loving grandmother of Kayla Prisco, Nicole Moe and her husband, JJ, Karisa Pfeiffer, Niko, Jaden and Liliana Prisco and Sydney Salmi. Great grandmother of Dallas Moe. Dear sister of Clarence Andersson and his wife, Amy. Aunt of Heidi Andersson, Lisa Wright and Margo Stanley.

    The family will receive their friends at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, 1 Main St., Franklin, NJ on Friday, Nov. 21, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
