FRANKLIN — The torch was passsed at a recent meeting of Cub Scout Pack 90 as Cubmaster Carlos Soares, who led the pack for the past four years and watched it grow to a large group of boys, turned the pack over to new Cubmaster Cliff Graham.
Soares is expecting to join his son, Abel, in Boy Scouts in the coming year.
