The new Art Etc gallery on Main Street was a solid draw on Satuday for both art lovers and foodies as well during Okin Design’s first annual holiday event.

Father-and-son team Sandy and Marshall Okin recently moved into their new facilities just off Route 94 and are striving to bring affordable art to Sussex County. As an added bonus, they are giving area artists a place to exhibit and sell their work.

“Marshall and I wanted to make a statement and everyone now knows we’re here," Sandy Okin said.

A partial list of artists on display includes residents of Vernon, Wantage, Highland Lakes, Stockholm, and Sparta.

The art offerings include, oil and water color paintings, photographs, ceramic sculptures, and pottery. While the first floor is used for display, the basement studios below include work areas for design, framing, restoration, and smaller scale construction as needed.

Art Etc. and Okin Design are located at 2 Main St. in Hamburg at the intersection with Route 94. For more information call 973-600-9301 or visit their websites at www.OkinDesign.com and artetcnj.com.
