    Kaitlyn Krakowiak, 25, of Sparta was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in an amount less than a half ounce, a third-degree offense; defrauding the administration of a court-ordered drug test, a third-degree offense; possession of a hypodermic syringe for use of a controlled dangerous substance, a disorderly persons offense; possession of drug paraphernalia, a disorderly persons offense after a courthouse employee said he saw her throw a yellow plastic bag behind a bush outside the sheriff's office.

    Police said she enetered the Sussex County Superior Court and the employee contracted the sheriff's office. Deputies said they found a bag with a hypodermic syringe in it and further investigation revealed she allegedly had a quantity of heroin, packaging materials and drug paraphernalia in the bag.

    She was sent to the Morris County Jail in lieu of bail.
