Wellness sessions planned for visually impaired

    The New Jersey Foundation for the blind will start its second annual winter wellness sessions on Friday, Jan. 16 from 9:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. at the Sparta Ambulance Building, 14 Sparta Ave.

    These sessions will include learning to create horticulture, crafting, cooking, exercise, yoga, meditation and drumming, not to mention an abundance of understanding common frustrations and challenges.

    All blind and visually impaired Sussex County residents are welcome.
