A musical documentary theater adventure by grandchild and bandleader Eve Sicular. Isle of Klezbos and their show, J. Edgar Klezmer: Songs From My Grandmother’s FBI Files comes to Centenary Stage Company as part of the Kutz Theatre Series Feb. 12 to 15 in the Edith Kutz Theater located in the David a Carol Lackland Center.

From klezmer to Kodaly, from jazz to baroque, from boogie–woogie to gospel, from Hazel Scott’s cancelled TV show to derelict theories of homosexuality, this exploration of FBI surveillance files leads in even more directions than the Department of Justice could have foreseen.
