Police seeking alleged shoplifters

FRANKLIN — Franklin Borough police are seeking the public's assistance identifying suspects in an alleged burglary at the Franklin Walmart on Dec. 23, 2014.

Police said they were notified by Walmart loss prevention of a theft complaint on Jan. 5.

Police said on Dec. 23, at 8:50 p.m., a male and female suspect selected numerous pieces of merchandise from the store, totaling about $3,000. However, police said they were unable to remove the items from the store and left abruptly.

Police said at about 6 p.m. on Jan. 4, a female again gathered merchandise, including Xbox One and Nintendo Wii U game consoles and video games.

Police said the merchandise totaled about $2,000 and were removed from the store on Jan. 5.

Police said the female was again in the store with individuals who appear to be the same individuals who made an attempt to remove items from the store on Jan. 4. All the suspects pictured appear to have involvement in the theft.
