    Ryan M. Manca, 32, of Franklin was charged with resisting arrest by flight, a crime of the fourth degree.

    Deputies said while assigned to fugitive apprehension duties within the borough, they responded to Manca's home. Manca was allegedly the subject of a Superior Court arrest warrant for allegedly violating the term of his probation.

    Depuites said Manca left the residence threw a back window and fled the area. Deputies said Manca was taken into custody and transported to the Sussex County Sheriff's Office.

    Manca was sent to the Keogh-Dwyer Correcional Facility, where he remains incarcerated without bail.

    Christopher J. Fiorenza, 25, of Vernon was charged with defrauding the administration of a drug test, a third-degree crime.

    Deputies said Fiorenza was allegedly attempting to provide a fraudulent urine sample. Upon arrival, deputies said Fiorenza was allegedly in possession of a device commonly used to defraud court ordered drug screens.

    Fiorenza was issued a summons to appear in court at a future date and released on his own recognizance.
