    Matthew Silverman was named to the dean's list at Bates College for the fall 2014 semester.

    To be named to the dean'slist, students must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.73. Bates, the son of William L. Silverman and Anna M. Silverman of Lafayette is an economics major.

    Christopher Ciasullo, Jr., of Ogdensburg was named to the dean's list for the fall 2014 semester.

    He is majoring in health studies and plans to apply to medical school next year.

    Samantha Justin Scott of Hamburg earned a master of education from Valdosta State University.

    She majored in communication disorders.

    Debra Card of Franklin, Samantha Cruz of Oak Ridge, Michael DiPietro of Hamburg, Jeremy Galvis of Franklin, Alfonse Gonnella of Oak Ridge, Ashley Jefferson of Lafayette, Eric Lagg of Lafayette, Amanda McCarthy of Oak Ridge, Mariah Persaud of Hamburg, Henah Porzuelo of Lafayette, Sara Sturm of Lafayette, Megan Sundberg of Oak Ridge were named to the dean's list for the fall 2014 semester at Seton Hall University.

    To make dean's list, students must have at least a 3.4 GPA and can get no grade lower than a C.

    Alexander and Ellizabeth Wakuluk, both of Oak Ridge, the children of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Wakuluk were named to the dean's list at Mount St. Mary's University.

    Alyse Delaney of Lafayette, Daniel Biondello of Oak Ridge, Dustin Guillemin of Stockholm, DanielMalloy of Oak Ridge, Eden Roberts of Franklin, Christopher King of Oak Ridge, Charles Romano of Oak Ridge, Courtney Wirths of Hamburg, Jacqueline Delaney of Lafayette, Matthew Ajaj of Oak Ridge, Lauren Monaco of Oak Ridge, Nicole Dillenkofer of Oak Ridge, Abigail Baldwin-LeClair of Franklin, Tara Fisher of Franklin and David Pauls of Lafayette were named to the dean's list at The College of New Jersey.

    To achieve this honor, a student must carry 12 or more credits that semester and have a 3.5 grade point average or above.

    Summer Barnes of Lafayette ws named to the dean's list for academic excellence for the fall 2014 term.

    Barnes is studying communications/sports journalism.

    To make the dean's list, the student must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded coursework for the semester, exclusive of "P" grades; the student must not have any incompletes, missing grades or "CPs" in the designated semester; the student must have a minimum semester grade point average of 3.5 for the semester; and the student must not have been barred from the dean's list due to a disciplinary action.

    Amanda Hayes of Lafayette was named to the dean's list at Frostburg State University for the fall 2014 semester.

    To be eligible for the dean's list, a student must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours and earn a cumulative semester grade point average of at least 3.4 on a 4.0 scale.
