NEWTON — Margo Peterson scored 17 points, leading the High Point Wildcats to a 57-42 win over Newton on Thursdsay, Feb. 12, at Newton High School.
Maddy Smith scored 14 points for High Point (15-3).
Tara Lynch scored a game-high 22 points for Newton (11-6).
