Feb. 16Jermaine D. Tucker, 35, of Jersey City was charged with two counts of fraudulent credit card use after an investigation by Franklin detectives intoa report of fraudulent credit card activity in the borough.

Detectives alleged that on Jan. 7, Tucker, obtained a credit card belonging to victims from Sussex County. Police said he then used the credit cards at the Wal-Mart in Franklin and the Wine Country in Franklin, each time spending an undisclosed amount.

He was sent to the Sussex County Jail in lieu $20,000 bail with no 10 percent option.
