FRANKLIN BOROUGH POLICE DEPT.

Feb. 23Vivien D. Martin, 41, of Franklin was charged with one count of theft after after Franklin police received a report of a theft from The Nutrition Store.

Further investigation alleged Martin to have taken supplements, valued at less than $200, from the store without purchasing them on at about 12:15 p.m.. on Feb. 22.

Police said the investigation is under investigation and more charges are possible, more items are believed to have been taken without being purchases.

Martin was released pending an appearance in Franklin Municipal Court.
