The second annual Skylands Got Talent talent show and fundraising event will take place on Sunday, April 19 at 3 p.m.

Acts from all genres will perform in front of a live audience and a panel of judges for a chance to win prizes. If you’ve got talent — music, dance, comedy, dance, magic, etc — and live in Sussex, Warren or Pike counties enter to win. Audition by YouTube.com video. The deadline for submissions is Thursday, March 12.

The Newton Theatre is seeking performing artists, including bands, musicians, vocalists, dancers, comedians and more, to audition for a spot during the show. Potential contestants should visit www.thenewtontheatre.com to review the rules and complete the entry form. Auditions must be submitted by youtube video.

Contestants will compete for a variety of prizes, generously donated by: The Newton Theatre (opening act for a show), Steinwand Sound Studio (studio time), Minisink Press (promotional package, including posters and flyers), Blue Raven Artists (artist t-shirts), and Bill Wright School of Music (music lessons from). Other prizes will be added.

All proceeds will benefit Autism related organizations.
