FRANKFORD — The Frankford Township seniors invited Grandmaster Kim of Universal Martial Arts, Inc., Lafayette, to present a program at the Fellowship Hall.
Grandmaster Kim demonstrated practical self defense for the first part of his program. Then Grandmaster Kim lectured on diet, nutrition, and the importance of activity for well being.
