The Sussex County YMCA and the Wallkill Valley Regional High School Chapter of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) are partnering to keep community children active and healthy by hosting a free community event for children ages 3-18 from 1-3:30 p.m. at the Sussex County YMCA.

The event, called F.A.S.T. (Fun, Active, Safe, Together) will include swimming, group parachute games, a mini-obstacle course, group exercise, youth room fun, snacks, and more.

Children ages 6 and younger must be accompanied by an adult in the water. FBLA partners with many organizations to build community projects. This event was initiated by WVFBLA Membership Vice President Scott Mueller, who wanted to bring leaders in the community together to help children in the area be active, safe, and learn about the Y and the fun activities the Y has to offer. He has been a member of the Y since 2009.
