    March 2Ryan Fitzpatrick, 34, of Highland Lakes pleaded guilty to five counts of assault by auto, a fourth-degree crime, violation of probation, a third-degree crime and driving while intoxicated.

    Sentencing is scheduled for April 10.

    On March 8, 2014 in the Borough of Franklin, Fitzpatrick admitted he was driving an automobile while under the influence of alcohol and caused a motor vehicle crash that injured five individuals.

    March 6Anthony L. Barbato, 24, of Netcong was sentenced to two years of probation contioned upon mandatory fees and fines and loss of driving privileges.

    Barbato drove while intoxicated in a school zone that resulted in a motor vehicle accident that caused bodily injuries to another, a crime of the third degree.

    Jeffrey Salazar, 44, of Wantage was sentenced to two years of probation, credit for 434 days served and the amount of restitution to be determined about a restitution hearing.

    He pleaded guilty on Feb. 10 to arson, a third-degree crime.

    Salazar admitted to starting a fire within the cab of a 1998 Samsung Excavator that was located on his property.

    Alicia Grabowski, 25, of Whippany was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $5,800.

    She pleaded guilty on Dec. 22, 2014, to receiving stolen property, a third-degree crime. She admitted that she was in possession of property that she knew was stolen that had a value of more than $500.

    Charles F. Serpone, III, 27, of Sparta pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime and driving while intoxicated.

    Sentencing is scheduledfor May 15.

    Serpone admitted he possessed heroin during a motor vehicle stop.

    Andrew D. Irvine, 23, of Glenwood pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft, the third-degree crimes of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and fraudulent use of a credit card, and to a violation of probation.

    Sentencing is scheduled for April 17.

    In pleading guilty, Irvine admitted to taking cash and a credit card from another person in Vernon on Feb. 11. During a search incident to arrest, he was found to be in possession of a hypodermic needle and six bags of heroin. He was serving a probationary term at the time of this incident.

    March 10Joseph Schreibber, 34, of Sussex Borough was sentenced to 2 years of probation, enrollment in a decide program, total fines and penalties of $405 and jail credit for 63 days time served.

    He pleaded guilty on March 6 to one count of burglary, a third-degree crime and two counts of simple assault, a disorderly persons offense.

    Thomas Donnelly, 29, of Belvidere pleaded guilty to 10 counts of third-degree burglary and to a violation of probation.

    Sentencing is scheduled for April 17.

    In pleading guilty, Donnelly admitted to entering residences in Frankford, Hamburg, Andover, White Township, Hope Township, Knowlton Township and Columbia between April 15, 2014, and May 1, 2014, without the owners’ permission or consent and taking items from the homes. He was serving a probationary term at the time of the incidents.

    March 13Michael Donohue, 20, of Wyckoff, N.J. was sentenced to 2 years probation and was ordered to perform 200 hours of community servicee.

    He must pay restitution in an amount to be determined by the court, pay total fines and penalties of $205 and submit a DNA sample at his expense.

    He pleaded guilty on Jan. 20, to the third-degree crime of aggravated assault. In pleading guilty, Donohue admitted to punching an individual in the eye causing significant bodily injury in Sparta on Aug. 4, 2014.

    Jesse Pajalich, 24, of Hawley, Pa., was sentenced to three years of probation and was ordered to serve 364 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility and submit to a substance abuse evaluation and follow all recommendations made. He must pay total fines and penalties of $280 and submit a DNA sample at his expense.

    He pleaded guilty on Jan. 12, 2015, to two counts of second-degree transporting firearms into the state of New Jersey for an unlawful sale/transfer.
