Adoption day, craft fair planned in Jefferson

OAK RIDGE — The Jefferson Township Education Association in conjunction with the Jefferson Township Middle School and PTA will host its first Animal Adoption Day/Craft Fair on Saturday, April 18, from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. in the JTHS Freedom Gym.
This will benefit local animal shelters and animal rescue organizations.
The craft fair will feature a wide variety of artisans and home business vendors. Several pet adoption agencies will be on hand with many loving, adorable pets looking for families to adopt them.
The group is accepting donations for the Jefferson Township pound. The pound is in need of dog & cat food, kitty litter, paper towels, laundry detergent and toys.
There is free admission and plenty of free parking available to everyone.
