New salon opens in Wantage

WANTAGE — The Salon and Spa at Boulder Hills recently opened in Wantage.

The salon's oner, Barbara Speer, has been a hair stylist for over 44 years, offering hair care, skin care, massage and make-up services.

Speer is an active volunteer in the community. She has worked with local high school plays, held cut-a-thons for charity and donated her time and services to Franklin Elementary School children, Speer believes in giving back to the community. She also is an avid supporter of the juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Mid-Jersey Chapter.

Speer has attended many educational classes and is a certified colorist in many color lines. She regularly attends continuing education programs with her employee.

The staff's goal is to create a relaxing and warm environment that patrons will want to come back to over and over again.
