Sussex Bank launches new website

Sussex Bank recently launched a brand new website with a dramatic new look and feel.

“We feel our new bank website more effectively articulates the essence of our brand and will allow us to continue to become closer to our customers,” said Anthony Labozzetta, president and chief executive officer of Sussex Bank.

Their new website launched the week of March 16, offers an optimal experience across many devices including; desktops, tablets and smartphones. Additionally, bank officials said the website is more “customer-centric” with improved content organization, navigation and an enhanced overall presentation.

Some of the improvements the new Sussex Bank website has to offer are the following: visually appealing images on their homepage as part of their appearance upgrade, “calls-to-action” throughout the site to capture visitor emails and assist customers in real-time with their financial needs, a “Resource Center” page with educational videos and links as well as new navigation developed around customer life stages and business cycles.

“We want to ensure that our online experience and digital channels have the best-in-class functionality," Labozzetta said. "Our goal is to remove hassles and make banking simple, fast and easy for our customers to bank with us anytime and from anyplace."
