    Phyllis Elaine Lott, 81 years old, peacefully passed away from a massive stroke on Saturday, March 28, 2015, at Morristown Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family, just 5 days short of her 82nd birthday. Born in Cranford, N.J., she grew up in Roselle Park, N.J., and then moved to Vernon Twp. when she married Harold Lott on July 26, 1952.

    Phyllis was a dedicated homemaker and also worked as a floor lady for 7 years at Community Products and later with the housekeeping department of Carlton Village for 10 years in Hamburg, N.J. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and adored animals.

    Phyllis is the devoted wife of 62 years of Harold A. Lott of Vernon Twp., N.J., devoted mother of Shirley Snook and her husband, Steve, of Greenville, N.Y., and Russell Lott of Davenport, Fla., dear sister of William B. Carroll of Clarksville, Va., loving grandmother of Sara (Snook) Blanchard and her husband, Jody of Augusta, Ga., Jason Snook and his wife, Lauren of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., Keri (Snook) Somerville and her husband, Brett, of Lafayette Twp., N.J., Joshua and Jamie Lott of Davenport, Fla., great-grandmother of Haylee Sotelo Blanchard, Austyn Blanchard, Brody, Keilly, Ethan and Collin Snook and Bryant Somerville.

    Private cremation services by Ferguson Funeral Home, 27 Third Street, Sussex, N.J. Private interment of cremains will be planned for a later date at Fairview Cemetery, Sussex, N.J.
