Franklin Borough Preschooler Rylan Babcock celebrated his one-year cranioversary with his preschool classmates on Wednesday, March 25.

Babcock underwent extensive surgery last March at Goryeb Children’s Hospital in Morristown.

Icings Smiles Incorporated donated a cake for his celebration which was produced by the “Sugar Angel” baker Stephanie from Divinely Dolce in Lafayette.

The cake was a replica of the professional wrestler Dolph Ziggler who is famous for the wrestling move called the “zig zig.” Rylan relates to Ziggler because the scar on his head from the surgery is in the shape of a “zig zag” similar to Ziggler’s signature move.
