    March 23 Donna Lynn Wilks, 59, of Newton, pleaded guilty to the second-degree crime of possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance while within a park zone.

    She admitted to possessing heroin, while within a park zone, with the intent to sell it to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force.

    March 24Chamese Cleveland, 42, of Hardyston, pleaded guilty to the third degree crime of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.

    She admitted to distributing cocaine to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force in Hardyston Township on Feb. 28, 2013.

    March 26Kyle Shalkowski, 27, of Hopatcong, pleaded guilty to third degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and terroristic threats, a third degree crime.

    Sentencing is presently anticipated for June 5.

    On Dec. 9, 2013, in Hopatcong, Shalkowski threatened to harm two individuals and attempted to slash their tires with a knife.

    March 30Ricky Vandunk, 31, of West Milford, New Jersey pleaded guilty to third degree theft of property mislaid.

    Sentencing is presently anticipated for June 5.

    In pleading guilty, Vandunk admitted his part in breaking open a safe and sharing the money found in it with several co-defendants on Nov. 5 in Vernon.

    The matter was investigated by the Vernon Township Police Department.

    Nicholas Barrise, 19, of Franklin, New Jersey pleaded guilty to burglary, theft and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, all crimes of the third degree.

    Sentencing is presently anticipated for June 5.

    In pleading guilty, Barrise admitted to entering a residence in Franklin in Nov. 2014 without the owner’s consent or permission and taking property from the home.

    During an investigation regarding an unrelated matter on Dec. 16, Barrise was found to be in possession of heroin. The matters were investigated by detectives of the Franklin Borough Police Department.

    Marion Ingala, 22, of Sparta, pleaded guilty to fourth degree Title 9 cruelty and neglect of children.

    Sentencing is presently anticipated for May 29.

    In pleading guilty, Ingala admitted to inhaling toxic chemicals in front of her child in Byram on Dec. 10.

    The matter was investigated by the Byram Township Police Department.

    Jismael Medina, 26, of Kissimmee, Florida pleaded guilty to second degree eluding, fourth degree resisting arrest and the motor vehicle offense of reckless driving.

    Sentencing is presently anticipated for June 5.

    In pleading guilty, Medina admitted to intentionally driving at a high rate of speed in order to avoid being pulled over by police in Hardyston on Dec. 31. He crashed the car and then fled the scene of the accident.

    The matter was investigated by the Hardyston Township Police Department.
