Annamae was such a beautiful, warm and loving wife, mom, nana, great nana, sister and Aunt, whose greatest joy in life was being with her family. She was deeply loved by all and will be greatly missed. She will be forever in our hearts until we meet again. She was talented in the art of crocheting and knitting and handcrafted many beautiful items that grace our homes today. She also loved to read, play cards, word search books, travel and her “hot cup of tea” with apple pie. In her younger years she was an active member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Annamae was predeceased by her first husband, Lester D. Jewett to whom she was married to for 35 years and her second husband, Leroy Dahlquist, to whom she was married for 18 years; her two sisters, Ina and Ruth, her brother-in-laws, Fred, John and Frank, her two brothers, Lewis and Ward and her sister-in-laws, Ida and Jennie. She is survived by her loving children, son Robert Jewett and his wife, Patricia, and her daughter, Carolyn Banfield and her husband, Carl; her beloved grandchildren, Lisa and Martin Nieman, Scott and Jennifer Banfield, Kurt and Lindsey Banfield, Lorri Jewett, Kelli and Brian Bentrewicz and Robert and Megan Jewett. In addition, she is survived by her cherished great grandchildren, Carlie, Morgan, Megan and Cole Nieman, Jacob, Mitchell, Emily and Autumn Banfield, Brady, Tyler and Kassi Bentrewicz, Sean, Mia and Hadley Jewett, two step great-grandchildren, Connor and Maya; two stepsons, James Dahlquist and his wife, Ann, and John Dahlquist and his wife, Carol; her beloved brother, Robert Vanderhoff and his wife, Norma and many nieces and nephews. Our heartfelt thank you to all of the wonderful women at Compassionate Care Hospice, to her aids, Yvette and Nicole, and especially to her nurses, Noreen and Sylvia.
