Reminisce to play Jefferson Township Day

OAK RIDGE — The Jefferson Arts Committee recently annoucned "Reminisce" will appear in concert on the 2015 Jefferson Township Day main stage at 7:15 p.m. on Friday, July 11, at the Jefferson Township High School field, 1010 Weldon Road.

As they did at a 2014 Jefferson Arts Committee Summer Gazebo concert, this 10-piece band will bring listeners back to the '50s and early '60s with the memorable music of that time — “In the Still of the Night”, and “Shout” and songs by The Platters, The Flamingoes, the Sherells, Dion and the Bellmonts just to name a few.

Lead vocalists Lidya Diaz, Warren Martin, Sal Vitale, and Rene Martinez perform to their talented band composed of saxophone players, guitarists, a keyboard player, and percussionists.
