FRANKLIN — Students in Amanda Winters’ second-grade class at Franklin Borough School had the opportunity to explore states by comparing postcards.
They have been collecting state quarters and placing them on a map to become familiar with the location and shapes of the states.
The students also discovered they could be in four places at once if they visit the Four Corners Monument, which sits on the border of Utah, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico.
