Hamburg school registrations set

HAMBURG — All children who live in Hamburg and will be 5 years old on or before Oct. 1, 2015, are eligible for kindergarten in September 2015.

Parents may call the school to register their child for the 2015-16 school year.

Parents will need to present the child’s original birth certificate, (showing raised seal) documented proof of your child’s immunizations, recent physical and two proofs of residency, such as a tax bill, lease agreement, utility bill or bank statement. Children need not be with parents at the time of registration.

The school nurse will review the necessary immunization and health information.

Pre-SchoolHamburg School has openings for the 2015-16 Half-day PreSchool Program. Children must have turned 3 years old by Oct. 1, 2015 and need to be toiled-trained.
