Peter A. Torrance

Peter A. Torrance, 69, died Tuesday, May 5, 2015, at Saint Clare’s Hospital in Denville. Mr. Torrance, son of the late Andrew and Kathryn (Eskholme) Torrance, was born in Trenton on Dec. 5, 1945. He grew up in Hopatcong and has resided in Hamburg since 1971.

Mr. Torrance was a sales associate at The Home Depot in Newton and previously worked as a sales rep. for United Rotary Brush and also Sweepster. He was a former coach for Hardyston Twp. recreational soccer and Wallkill Valley basketball.

Mr. Torrance is survived by his wife, Susan (Skawinski) Torrance, and his sons, John and Michael Torrance of Hamburg.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
